It is a good standard property located in Three Anchor Bay district close enough to many restaurants as well as post of the city. The beer bar is a nice plus.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming guest house in Cape Town. The hotel's attention to detail was impeccable, from the cozy and beautifully decorated rooms to the private balcony that offered breathtaking views of the ocean and Robben Island. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

To be honest, I couldn't find anything to fault about this hotel. Everything was just perfect.

My room was airy and reasonably large, had electric blankets and down pillows. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the balcony had exceptional views of the sea. Location: the hotel was close to the main attractions, a prime area that is 2 minutes away from the beach and short walk from the waterfront and the intresting lifefull downtown of capetown.

We loved this hotel! The location was perfect with easy access to everything. It was right on the bus route and within walking distance to the beach promenade where there were a couple of close restaurants. The room was very clean, and the hotel facilities were excellent. Parking was easy, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Could not be improved in any way.

An excellent stay where we enjoyed the beautiful views and amazing location. The proximity to the seafront, numerous restaurants and easy access to the bus route make it a perfect place to stay. The room was comfortable with daily cleaning, and we loved the complimentary coffee and wine on the balcony which offered breathtaking sea views. The hosts were friendly, quick to respond to our queries and offered excellent recommendations for tours.

There was no private parking available, and street parking posed a security risk.

This hotel is excellent value for money, providing a delightful experience during our stay. The owner, Bert, was incredibly helpful, offering us valuable insights into local restaurants. The attention to detail was impressive, with fantastic amenities such as a top-notch coffee machine, air-conditioning, and a fan unit above the bed. The cleanliness of the rooms and toilets exceeded our expectations, and the private balcony offered breathtaking views of the waterfront and stadium. If you're seeking a clean and comfortable place to stay, look no further than this hotel.

Wi-fi could be improved, but apart from that, everything was perfect!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The owner, Burt, was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The attention to detail in this hotel was impressive, from the clean and cozy rooms to the beautiful communal space where I could relax and chat with other guests. The location is also fantastic, situated in a very safe area where I could easily explore without any worries. Plus, the view from the terrace was absolutely stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Honestly, everything about this hotel was perfect.

We spent the new year's holiday in this guest house and had a wonderful time. The communal lounge with its stocked fridge was a great place to relax and take in the views. The location was perfect with easy access to restaurants and shops, and we felt safe walking around the area.

The wifi was a bit slow at times and it was frustrating trying to get work done. there were no hard chairs for those who needed more back support.

    Fantastic Guesthouse!

I had an amazing stay at this guesthouse! Burt, the owner, is such a delightful person and made me feel so welcome. He gave me fantastic recommendations for restaurants and things to do during my time in Cape Town. The rooms were cozy, clean, and had plenty of space. I loved the communal area where I could relax, have a drink, and chat with other guests. The terrace was the perfect spot to enjoy the sunshine. The guesthouse is located in a safe area, and I felt comfortable walking around as a tourist. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and it's only a short walk to the V&A Waterfront. I highly recommend this guesthouse to everyone!

The attention to detail is outstanding, from the complimentary bottle of bubbly to celebrate our anniversary to the immaculate linen and comfortable bed. The rooms have everything you need, and the terrace with its breathtaking view of the bay and Robben Island is simply amazing.

No issues at all, everything was perfect!
